How to file a claim for VA Compensation

I.               Today, right now, file an intent to file. a.     This is good for up to a year. So long as you file your claim within that year you’ll be back paid to this date. b.     You can do this in two ways.                                           i.     Go online through eBenefits at www.ebenefits.va.gov .
